My advice:
Go and check it out. See the column width and give the head a tap. See how long it takes to settle down. Check the winder to see if it slips on the collumn(it works with friction-not gears). Apply slight perssure to make sure. Check the focus knob too and see if it slips. Test the lens panel mount and se if it can move (Has play)
 
Check that the column is solid on the base board and when the head is at the top so that it does not sway. If all this is fine then it's a good enlarger.

now i am talking about an old model the VC60. but construction and fuction is easy to check on the spot.

I would wish...but what can be found in the Greek market is the Meopta B&W ones, and the Burst color ones at a much higher price. I live in a different world remember!
