Judges are smart, Shyrell. They can smell a scam a mile away. When
that bride comes in all temper tantrum and you come in with a folder
of printouts of your notes of conversations with her and
correspondence, and the timeline for the entire set of transactions,
and you keep all cool and together, speaking quietly and in a proper
way... The judge will figure it out.
Been there, done that, got that T shirt. Except that the time I had
to do that the other person didn't even show up at court.
