(I don't have your personal e-mail, so I'm sending
this to the list.)
One assignment that I've never forgotten was
that each student choose one spot (on their free time - not in class) and
without moving from that spot, shoot a 36 exposure roll of film. We
could shoot up, down, any direction, any angle, but we had to stay in that one
spot. It taught me to look at everything very closely and
really consider different strategies for shooting.
