I've taught classes and have used images from the web as well as from
books as handouts for my classes. Where possible I credit the author and
direct students to a given web site for additional images and/or
information.

I used these images to clarify points and illustrate concepts and ideas.
I think I used 3-4 in the course of a month long class.

Hello,

For those of you who have taught classes and workshops in photography,
I
have a question:

Is it proper to use material from the internet and use printed
versions for
the class if credit is given to the author of the material?

My question is in regards to the diagram of a camera and workings with
parts
named and explained.

I would appreciate your thoughts.

Thank You,

Marilyn
