The college I teach at has asked us (The photographic lecturers) to shoot images of the college. They want about 100 pics of all aspects of college life.
I am happy to shoot during office hours for free (I'm getting a salary and benefits every month)
The other guys want extra money, over and above thier salary, because it falls outside the job description of a lecturer.
What is the opinion of teachers on this list who might or might not have had a similar experience?
