Hey glad you like your Sony too. I was afraid to post about it here since it's not really considered by most photo snobs (generally speaking not those here) to be a pro camera. I love the way the lens tilts so I can shoot high above a crowd or low without getting on my knees. Also the night vision technology has let me make some really great flash shots when there was not enough light to frame it. Definitely durable too I've had it attached to me ever since. Even looks sorta cyborg like maybe someday they will have an implant. :) Dean -----Original Message----- From: owner-photoforum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:owner-photoforum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of karl shah-jenner Sent: Wednesday, February 02, 2005 4:52 PM To: List for Photo/Imaging Educators - Professionals - Students Subject: Re: OK, which camera? ----- From: "Eclipse Agency" Subject: RE: OK, which camera? : Leslie: : I know its not a pro camera but I am in LOVE with my Sony F717 5mp with : Zeiss lens. I'll second this. Excellent camera with an excellent lens. The f828 has the advantage of taking and using BOTH sony proprietry memory as well as CF cards. Skin tones from these cameras are excellent and I've yet to see anything that can match them straight out of the camera. k
