To find out the cost you have to download the entry form (ie: you have to be at the point os intending top submit). It might not sound much to chaps in the affluent US of A, but $10 just to look at an image on a CD sounds quite a lot to me. What fraction of submissions are likely to be accepted? Surely that info is available from earlier rounds. Mmmm. .. send me 10 dollars and an image by email. I'll publish my choice of winner and the prize will be half the total "take".
