If they've paid you (prepayment should be your policy if it isn't already) I wouldn't worry too much about it. They'll find you. If they've prepaid you could consider sending them in the mail and be done with it...insure them so you have a receipt that they shipped to the address you have on file. Are you sure you have the correct phone number? Do they have cell phones? Email addresses? Family nearby? I always like to get several phone numbers on my weddings so if there is a move after the wedding I have multiple ways to contact the b+g. If they haven't paid, I'd send a registered letter letting them know the images are ready and payment is expected. I had a client order prints, prepaid, didn't want them mailed, and took almost 7 months to pick them up. I called a couple times and left messages to remind her but didn't worry too much because I'd been paid already. Turns out they were going thru a divorce and the wife wasn't ready to deal with seeing images from when the family had been happier. Who knows why people don't pick up the photographs they order...all sorts of reasons, obviously. I also sent them an email several days later. That was about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Should I follow up with a paper letter? > > Shyrell Melara > For the Quality You Deserve! > Melara Family Photography > http://shyrellmelara.tripod.com > > -- > _______________________________________________ > Find what you are looking for with the Lycos Yellow Pages > http://r.lycos.com/r/yp_emailfooter/http://yellowpages.lycos.com/default .asp?SRC=lycos10 > > >
