Such a paltry amount of damages will never discourage the rich and powerful from abusing the law: it's taken years for that to come to a conclusion (assuming there is no appeal). In a way it's a form of barratry (or is there a better term). Chances are the target of the lawsuit will back down for fear ... the legal costs are up front with no guarantee of eventually being awarded damages.

I often wish that in such cases damages should be percent-per-percent: EG if Gates nbrings an an unrosenable case against a competitor (for 50% of thier stock value) and fails damages should be based on 50% of HIS stock value.


Anyway: 
1) does this mean the pictures of the coastline are back on line
2) are there any military bases under the flightpath ?
