I can see what your getting at but the image lacks "punch". Deborah Holden - Neglect Its difficult to see "neglect" in this image. Her boy friend lies in bed all the time and they have two beautiful little girls. The live off her income plus a welfare payment. She is pretty; it is a very unjust world.
