The 20D has some assets and some liabilities - it's got a somewhat smaller sensor, APS size, and accepts the new EF-S lenses being built for it and the Digital Rebel. Personally I think it's even more of a pro-sumer camera than the 10D because of the difference in the sensor size and the change in the mount.
This is incorrect.
The 10D and the 20D (and the Digital Rebel) have the *same* sensor size. The 20D has higher resolution as it uses a different sensor than the other two. The lens mount is different, but that's an advantage since you can use additional lenses.
The images for the 20D look slightly better than those for the 10D.
