How about we all just review it as 'we' see it, say how 'we' might improve it, how 'we' felt looking at it. That's what I do, I couldn't care less how anyone handles it. Ok, some times I hold back a bit, for not wanting to sound too harsh, but I also try and congratulate for the good things.
