Thanks Cris for your review The shell actually is a leaf like David Dyer-Bennet already observed. The beach here is not rich with shells. The foliage is a kind of spindly big shrubs, bamboo style. And I like the shell in the thirds position on the lower right, it seems to set the picture off and give it scale. As does the foliage on the horizon. Not sure if this foliage is grass or some spindly trees.
