The lawyers probably do a search, periodically to find anything attributed to him. I know Catherine DeNeuve had lawyers doing that. Half of what they found, published as threats were for publicity. I'd let it play out and make a big deal out of the 'fair use' rule if they even take it that far. I'm kind of coming into this post mid way, so I don't know what context you're using his quote. Are you making the attribution to him, or from him about . . . you or something that makes it look like an endorcement?
