My photography vocabulary is embarrassing.  I am familiar with the keystone effect and was wondering if this picture exhibits the same thing, just in a different fashion.  Or is there another term for it?  Anywho, can this be fixed easily in PS?  If so, which friggin' tool is used?

I don't know which version of PS you have.

On PS5 simply select all (ctrl-A)
Edit - Transform - perspective
Drag the top two corners out to where you want them
(so the edges you want vertical are so - assuming the cross isn't really leaning like that)


To make it look right you need to resize it (stretch) in the vertical direction too.  After severe corrections some pictures can look a little "stumpy".  PS's perspective transform does not correct for compression in the Y-axis ... this is of course to taste.
