I receive numerous questions by people wanting to use my photographs for
non-commercial purposes.
Usually, when the request seems reasonable, I agree - as long as my pictures
are properly attributed.

I now came across a web service that allows you to generate a license in a
legally water-tight and at the same time human-readable version by selecting
some options from a menu.

However, I'm not exactly sure what this implies if I should ever decide to
seriously sell my pictures?
How do others deal with such requests? Is the above service a good idea or
is it better to decide on such applications on a case by case basis? (So
far, no site I wouldn't like to be associated with has asked for permission
to use my pictures, but can one exclude this possibility?).
Has anyone here personal experiences with posting a generic license
("Creative Commons" or personal text) on their site?
