What if Achal signs a contract with me? I subcontract Achal, bill them from here and pay him a percentage when they pay me. I will contract Achal on a wfh basis and relinquish copyright to him upon payment. I am out of state. They will pay no taxes.
This sounds like one of those Nigerian scam letters I'm always getting.
