re: Model release Question

Scott,

I do wish to use them in a commercial manner!

So lets say I am shooting in a third world country and wish to use the images for commercial use. You state that my images will still be sellable without a release!

How is this? How will a company agree to purchase/use my images without the proper legal documentation?

I am new to this arena, ouside of the US at least, and would like to get the clearest answer that I can before I posssibly make a mistake that I cannot fix. ie...not getting a release and needing one!

Also, does anyone have any suggestions for a short, simple, and to the point release?

Thanks!
