Well, If you've got MS Office, Access may be customised to do all that, with
a PC note card which will display a thumbnail with all the data about your
frames.

Since it is a specialist job that will take a lot of your time (better spent
on jobs that earn money) I suggest you employ someone or contract a company
to carry out the work.
