Re: Favorite Portrait Camera

Currently using my (very) used Mamiya C-33 with 135mm and 180mm lenses. I
like the TLR 1)no mirror "flop" to startle the subject, 2)continuous
viewing makes it easier to catch blinks and funny facial expressions at the
decisive moment.

It's a pretty old fashioned choice but I've also used M645, RB-67, various
Hasselblads, Kowas and Bronicas as well as Rapid Omega and Graflex XLRF and
still prefer the TLR, and Mamiya TLR's had interchangable lenses.

The "RF" cameras also work well but are my second choice.
