1 - how can I move a layer on top of another ?(make that visible, covering the other?)
i had a difficulty with the text layer, and i had to resort to improvising
2 - how can i change the pointers color? it is hard to keep track of the balck pointer in Black areas
3 - how can i place borders/frames of various shapes on theh picture?
i am talking about framing a part of a picture, without resorting to the line tool etc...
