How our minds (or the male mind at least) perceives female anatomy. This recent thread about nudity reminds me of an incident that took place among some male photographers who had gathered in a local photo supply store. It happened some time ago, but I've never forgotten it. I'd photographed two chicken eggs I'd wrapped in satin and lit with incandescent lighting, which made the white eggs appear to be a warm, flesh color. I'd had the photo store send the photograph out to be enlarged. Upon removing the enlarged photograph from the envelope, the two flesh-colored eggs appeared. The earth stood still as all the men in the store gasped . . . they thought the image was of exposed female breasts. I waited until I left the store and got into my car before I laughed. (It was all I could do to keep a straight face, believe me.) Marilyn Dalrymple
