Luis, I will certainly go find the article you recommend in the Atlantic Monthly. I have always enjoyed the magazine anyway. It is a far cry from the Northern Rockies Monthly, which I normally read. I retype below (with permission) the entire text of the longest article in the latest issue of NRM: ----------------------- "My Day" by Zeke Smith I got up. I scratched. I took a drink. Buddy came over. "Let's go huntin' and shoot things," I said. Buddy said, "OK." We did. Then I slept good. ---------------------- peace and pixels, rand ----- Original Message ----- From: "luis" <chilled_delirium@mailstation.com> To: "List for Photo/Imaging Educators - Professionals - Students" <photoforum@listserver.isc.rit.edu> Sent: Thursday, 15 May, 2003 03:05 Subject: For Rand | | As long as you're embarking on Naomi Rosenblum's History, you may want to pick up the newest issue of the Atlantic magazine and read the article on the scandal that surrounded (and still does to a degree) her husband and the prints of Lewis Hine. It's a great synopsis. | | --- Luis |
