Some insist on everything being "full frame". Being able to crop in camera - and lucky enough to actually want every crop to be 36mm by 24mm on the neg (oldspeak) - may well maximise quality ... but there are times you want a panorama / square shot ... so you just have to crop ... and not apologise for it ;o) B
