Greg, Actually, if someone can't take criticism, then perhaps they don't want to grow. I welcome all comments both good and bad, because if that makes one look at their efforts again, then the comment has served its purpose. We learn by our mistakes and hopefully move on from there. Now, in my case, it takes at least 2-3 times for me to get the idea.
