More to the point, can anyone on this forum find even one example of a photographer who has been victimized by the TOS of any of the major players, such as Yahoo, Microsoft, Fuji, etc.? Has their even been one photographer whose work has been "reproduced, adapted or altered" after storing their images on the respective servers? Is this a real problem or just the sort of nonsense one usually finds on one of the rec.photo news groups? Dan C.
