I think Fuji should be upfront about this. Just start with a intro paragraph saying >if you use this service you will lose all control over anyone using your picture and when someone does you will receive no compensation and have no legal claim to receive compensation. Anyone copying your picture from this website can use your picture for advertisment withou any permission or compensation to you.>
