There's a lot of info and advice on the eBay site. They may have some help there for you. AndrewF is also correct. As in every situation, there are crazy, unreasonable people out there. You just have to deal with them individually and understand you have not much control with or over them. Let them speak for themselves. Most people will understand. I gave a fellow "neutral" feedback once because the item was not what he had advertised. I gave him neutral feedback instead of negative because, though he misrepresented the item I bought from him, the photograph he posted did show the obvious, major flaw and thus I was equally responsible for my poor purchase.
