Yes but it is even more likely because most people accessing the web already 
have a computer and to steal cars you have to go out and buy a crow bar (or 
lock pulling device) and an ignition punch. This is one just one major thing 
a photographer should be aware of before starting a web site or posting 
pictures to the web. If one is trying to sell the pictures one may actually 
be giving them away. And as someone else pointed out unless the people 
stealing your pictures have deep pockets there is no point in going after the 
thieves.
