Because I originated, developed, and with Colette's help implemented
the Postcard Exchange also known as PE-I. Fifty-four people, about 10%
of all PF'ers joined in 4 circles of 10, one of 14 members. Everyone
in a circle sends postcard-sized photographs to each of the other
members. So if you're in a circle of ten, you send out nine cards,
and theoretically receive nine as well.
