NTT DATA currently seeks a “Lead Engineer” to join our team in “Pune”. Experience: 4+ years Minimum Requirement for OS-Database Internals Work - Proficiency in C - Proficiency in Linux/Unix Operating System - Working knowledge about Makefiles and build systems - Sound knowledge about parser (yacc/bison) and lexer (flex) - Sound knowledge of algorithms and data structures - Working knowledge of SQL syntax and query tuning Mandatory-Skills required, as we need a Lead-Engineer - Person should have knowledge of PostgreSQL Development (PostgreSQL Internal) – Min 3 yrs - Should have experience in Leading a team for PostgreSQL development. – Min 1-2 yrs Preferable Addl-Skills for OSS-DB Internals - Knowledge of Operating System, file systems, IPC, synchronization primitives (locks/semaphores) etc - Knowledge of database concepts, transaction management, crash recovery, buffer management - Knowledge of Oracle/RAC - Good-understanding / working experience in Postgre-SQL Internals If you are interested in this opportunity, please email
