They are currently recruiting for a SQL Database Developer to work within their Database team on PostgreSQL Databases based in the cultural city of Berlin, Germany. You will be responsible for the design and development of the various segmented databases, this will involve working with a team of highly skilled individuals. You will need to have gained knowledge of stored procedures within an eCommerce or similar environment. Responsibilities: · Design and development of a distributed database environment. · Creation and maintenance of Stored Procedures. · Working self dependently in all phases of software development. · Creation and development of a platform based on the latest technology. · Responsible for Performance analysis, database system design and management of live databases. Proven ability: · Proven ability as a Database developer with SQL databases preferably PostgreSQL Database. · Extensive knowledge of SQL . · Proven ability of Stored Procedures. · Demonstrate an open and proactive communication style, as well as commitment and initiative. · Very good English skills. Desirable: German language is highly beneficial.
