Hello, I'm trying to substitute passwd using MySQL - pam-mysql. In pam_mysql readme we found pam.conf config example, but my RH doesn't have one(pam.conf). I?m using /etc/pam.d/login and /etc/pam.d/passwd to configure it, without success. I need help. Thanks Flavio Rio de Janeiro - Brasil ------------------------------------- Database samba_auth Table users structure CREATE TABLE users ( uid int(6) NOT NULL auto_increment, gid int(6) NOT NULL default '0', last_name varchar(80) NOT NULL default '', first_name varchar(80) NOT NULL default '', user varchar(16) NOT NULL default '', date datetime NOT NULL default '0000-00-00 00:00:00', password varchar(16) NOT NULL default '', PRIMARY KEY (uid), UNIQUE KEY uid_2 (uid), KEY uid (uid) ) TYPE=MyISAM; ---------------------------------------------------------------------- #/etc/pam.d/login #%PAM-1.0 auth optional /lib/security/pam_mysql.so usercolumn=user passwdcolumn=password crypt=2 db=samba_auth table=users account required /lib/security/pam_mysql.so usercolumn=user passwdcolumn=password crypt=2 db=samba_auth table=users auth required /lib/security/pam_securetty.so auth required /lib/security/pam_stack.so service=system-auth auth required /lib/security/pam_nologin.so account required /lib/security/pam_stack.so service=system-auth password required /lib/security/pam_stack.so service=system-auth session required /lib/security/pam_stack.so service=system-auth session optional /lib/security/pam_console.so ---------------------------------------------------------------------- #/etc/pam.d/passwd #%PAM-1.0 auth required /lib/security/pam_stack.so service=system-auth account required /lib/security/pam_stack.so service=system-auth password required /lib/security/pam_stack.so service=system-auth auth optional /lib/security/pam_mysql.so usercolumn=user passwdcolumn=password crypt=2 db=samba_auth table=users account required /lib/security/pam_mysql.so usercolum=user passwdcolumn=password crypt=2 db=samba_auth table=users _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
