pam_rhosts_auth.so, netgroups

Hello all,
any help appreciated

Authentication via .rhosts doesnt work for me when .rhosts contains
<+@netgroup>
The access is denied. as soon as .rhosts uses hostname username rsh
works without password.
I need to do the rsh via tha syntax. Do you have Tips ?
Here are my entries from /etc/pam.d
grep rhosts *
rlogin:auth     sufficient     /lib/security/pam_rhosts_auth.so
promiscuous debug 
rsh:auth     required       /lib/security/pam_rhosts_auth.so debug
promiscuous 

that is what i want my .rhosts to be (works on any unix)

+@my-hosts-admin +@my-users-admin
