Urgh. Please don't send replies directly to me - send them to the list. And because your reply was signed S/MIME HTML, and it was signed using a certificate issued by your own personal CA (the root for which I obviously don't have in my trust colleciton), and I am unfortunately forced to use Outlook for my work email, I can't easily read your message, much less quote from and respond to it.

Plain text is *much* better for messages to the email list.

That said, I can with some effort get to the message text and the attachment, and I'll take a look when I have a chance.
