Herbert,

	I was running into the same problem before when I was running 2.4.0b5 on
FreeBSD 4.3.  I don't know if it was coded wrong or the term is worded wrong
but when you set your minFilesFreePercent to 8 percent the program is doing
an expire once you have filled up 8% of your disk or is 92% free.  I've been
running my system with a 80% FilesFree and BlocksFree and it seems to be
working okay.
