I'm currently testing nntpcache 2.4.0b5 on RH Linux 6.1. When I start nntpcached it says to the news.notice log: Aug 3 11:18:12 lprx01 nntpcache-expire[28050]: expire.c:212: usedblocks = 50.2%, usedinodes = 26.8%, maxArtAge = 46s, expire ended Expire then deletes my complete cache. In nntpcache.config i use the following settings: maxArtAge 2w minFilesFreePercent 8 minBlocksFreePercent 8 I don't understand why the cache isn't growing, but the maxArtAge from the log look strange to me (46s ?). tia herbert
