As per the problem that I had with SIGUSR2 expiry (stuck nntpcache tasks), I tried to let nntpcache expire automatically with this config. ==========SNIP============ minFilesFreePercent 72 minBlocksFreePercent 72 hisHighWater 60M hisLowWater 40M maxArtAge 1d expireCheckPeriod 5m ===========SNIP=========== Then I started sistematic grab of newsgroups many times per day to fill the disk.
