Help on : 480 Transfer permission denied

Hi GAry,

Thanks for your tip.

I eventally gave up on 2.4.0b5, but compiled 2.4.0.b4 just fine.
However I'm hoping anyone can help with a configuration problem that has
overwhelm me,
I can't seem to set up my server to accept articles. I have read tons of
docs, tried a lot of config options, still no joy. A snaphot of the problem
is below.. I have  tried a lot of options in nntpcache.access,
nntpcache.servers no joy.

I'll appreciate all hints.
