I added *.debug into syslog.conf to use the default syslog-file. The first
attempt was an extra file but it also captured sendmail's and pop3
messages, so I switch backed.
And nntpcache logs the SIGINT received. it logs SIGUSR2 in the night, but
now user access...
BTW, the HP-UX creates a logging file.
