  sure, but since my job as technical editor is over, i probably won't
know about it before anyone else.

  FYI, here's another (imminent) book that i can now talk about, on
which i was just one of the pre-pub technical reviewers:  "embedded
linux primer (2nd ed)"

p.s.  huh.  how ironic. on that web page, there's an ad for the rough
cuts of "ubuntu server book, 2nd ed", for which i was a late addition
as a pre-pub reviewer.  small world.
