kernelnewbies isn't the appropriate forum to ask for help for your
problem. you are trying to compile a user space program/library, this
has little to do with the kernel.

libtorrent-rasterbar depends on the boost library
(http://www.boost.org/), which the build system for some reason isn't
able to find.
