Thanks for your help. Here is my command line option. Yes, there is no console option . Let me add console option and try .
 

Kernel command line: ip=192.168.0.200::192.168.0.1 root=/dev/nfs rw nfsroot=192.168.0.192:/NFS/db1300,rsize=1024,wsize=1024 video=xyzfb:panel:bs
