I think the tutorial forgot to tell modprobe what parameter it's
passing.  It looks a bit redundant, but you have to say "netconsole="
before the "6666@..." stuff.

The Documentation/networking/netconsole.txt says,


  Examples:
...
   insmod netconsole netconsole=@/,@10.0.0.2/

Most of the time I use netconsole as a built in, but I know it's often
used as a module too.  Good luck.
