Yes and that was the first time in a year easily that I thought of reading the document which is what triggers this request. Linus is not much of a template person so assuming he isn't going to put the LinuxChanges link in each announcement, I (and obviously certainly someone who doesn't know about the document in the first place) am/is going to miss it again.

A posting, here or there, has added value. If it's hard/clumsy to do, it may not be considered enough, but it has.
