You post in HTML and you BCC a recipient (i.e.: the kernelnewbies
mailing list), two major spam signs. Are you a spammer?

I'm not the "named recipient", the list is. Or rather, it would have
been if you properly addressed it instead of sending a BCC.

Deleted it, just to let you know. Oh, your message is also archived at
several places. Good luck to get that deleted.

The defect is that at the very end of your mail I have to read that I
am not allowed to read the mail I just read. How am I supposed to know
that without reading it first? Your silly disclaimer is fundamentally
flawed. Worse than that, by BCC-ing this list, you knowingly trick me
into "violating" your silly disclaimer. I don't think any court will
buy that (but IANAL). Please remove the silly disclaimer before you
post to mailing lists.

CC to your postmaster and the only address I could find on your
website.
