my system see more RAM.
Is that possible?

You have to: partition the flash, use mkswap (this can be done on a PC).
In the kernel for axis allow swapspace and in busybox configuration
switch on implementation of swapon. In boot scripts run the swapon
command. Only up to sda4 is created in /dev, edit the proper Makefile
if you need more partitions.
