ah, i just looked more carefully and the index.html file i'm getting
doesn't have enough levels in the ToC, for one thing.

if there's anyone else running fedora core 6, can they try to build
the HTML docs and report what they get as an index.html file?  what i
*want* is a final result that resembles this:

http://www.gnugeneration.com/mirrors/kernel-api/book1.html

but that's not what i'm getting.  are there any build options that can
be tweaked?  thanks.
