Don't want usb device detection ( sorry, by mistake I asked this question in wrong thread)

hi ,

I do not usb devices (flash derives) to be detected by kernel?
Can anybody tell me at what stage do the usb modules are loaded at boot 
time?

Is putting  "nousb" as grub option good enough?
