compile your module with 2.4.20 header files, if you are running kernel
version 2.4.20. For example, if you have kernel 2.4.20 sources in
/usr/src/linux-2.4.20 then compile your module as follows:
gcc -Wall -c hello.c -I /usr/src/linux-2.4.20/include

this should solve your problem.
